What's Free About It?

When you see an offer for a free debt consolidation program, chances are it's not entirely free. But that doesn't mean a free debt consolidation program is necessarily a bad thing. In fact, some free debt consolidation services charge lower fees than other debt consolidation services. So what's free? It depends on the company that's offering the free debt consolidation. For instance:
